产学研合作培养应用型环境工程人才的探讨与实践 被引量:26

摘要 指出了环境工程专业进行产学研合作的必要性和当前存在的主要问题,进行了产学研合作的层次分析和模式探讨,提出了促进产学研合作的方法。并以西南大学资源环境学院环境工程学科产学研合作实践为例,经过近10年的实践探索,证明了产学研合作教育是全面贯彻落实党的教育方针的一种较好模式,体现了当前我国推进素质教育的要求,在培养高素质创新型人才方面具有明显的优势。培养的人才质量,教学质量和教师业务水平明显提高,学科专业建设取得明显成效,产学研各方互惠互利,实现了优势互补、资源共享。 The necessity and major problems in the cooperation of IUR in the students' cultivation of environmental engineering specialty were pointed out,and the arrangement and mode of IUR were also discussed,and the strategies in promoting IUR were put forward.In this paper,we have taken the students' cultivation of environmental engineering specialty in Southwest University as an example,through ten years' practice,it is proved that the cooperative education of IUR is a good model of carrying out the education policy of the Party;it reflects the requirements of pushing on quality education.There are obvious superiorities in the education of high quality innovating talents: increase in the cultivating quality of the students,increment in teaching quality and teacher professional skill,tangible result in discipline construction,mutual benefit for each partner of EUR,realizing the advantages complementation of each other and resource sharing.
