摘要 实现农业机械化是建设社会主义新农村和实现农业现代化的必然要求。我国目前农业机械化发展已取得了一定成效,水稻机械化进程取得较快发展,但仍存在农机、农机和农艺配套及农机社会化服务问题。因此,提出完善耕地权属体制、促进农机农艺融合、完善农机工艺、提升农机服务化水平等相应措施。最后,在"十一五"期间农业机械化发展的基础上,对"十二五"时期加快水稻农业机械化蓬勃发展提出期望。 The realization of agricultural mechanization is the inevitable request for constructing new socialist countryside and realizing agricultural modernization.At present,the agricultural mechanization development has obtained certain result and rice mechanization process has obtained quick development in China;however,there are still main problems about mechanized production of rice,including agricultural machinery,the combination of agronomy with agricultural machinery and socialized service for agricultural machinery.Therefore,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures,namely,perfecting cultivated land ownership mechanism,promoting the combination of agronomy with agricultural machinery,perfecting agricultural machinery technology,improving service level of agricultural machinery.Finally,based on the development of agricultural machinery in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period,the rapid developing of agricultural mechanized production of rice in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period was prospected.
