延安市粮食安全态势评价及对策研究

Study on Evaluation and countermeasures Food Security in Yan'an City

以我国唯一的退耕还林试点市延安市为研究对象,对延安市1997～2007年耕地变化动态与粮食生产情况进行了研究。运用最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数模型法,分析了延安市1997～2007年11年间耕地、人口、粮食动态变化态势,总结了该区域最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力的变化特点,并以此为基础提出了保障延安市耕地动态平衡和粮食安全的一些建议。

Taking Yan＇an City,the only pioneer area of Grain for Green Project in China,as an example,and based on the characteristics of cropland changing and food security from 1997 to 2007 in Yan＇an city,by dint of minimum cropland average per capita and cropland pressure index model,the 11 years＇ dynamic changes characteristic of cultivated land,population and crops.The features of minimum per capita cultivated land and cultivated land pressure in the region were su mmarized.In the end,some suggestions were proposed to ensure cropland dynamic stability and the food security in Yan＇an City.
