Effects of Urban-rural Population Migration on Rural Culture Construction

论述了城乡人口流动对农村文化建设的促进作用:城乡人口流动促进了农民社会化,提升了农民的文化素质;推动了农村居民生活方式的现代化,激发了农村居民的文化生活需求;推动了农村地区文化的多样性发展,丰富了农村文化产品供给。分析了城乡人口流动对农村文化建设的不利影响,加剧了传统文化的衰落,使农村公共文化日渐式微,在一定程度上导致了农村文化市场的混乱。提出了规范城乡文化交流,推进传统文化的创新和发展,防范城乡人口流动有可能导致的对农村文化建设的不利影响的对策建议。

The promoting effect of urban-rural population migration on rural culture construction was discussed,which promotes the socialization and the culture quality of farmers.It promoted the modernization of rural residents life style,inspired the cultural needs of rural residents.It promotes rural area cultural diversity,enriched rural cultural products＇ supply.The adverse effects of urban-rural population mobility on rural cultural construction were analyzed： aggravate the decline in traditional culture,make rural public culture gradually,to a certain extent,led to rural cultural market confusion.In view of urban and rural population migration on rural culture construction influence,we need to standardize the cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas,promote the innovation and development of traditional culture,prevention of urban and rural population flows to rural cultural construction of the adverse effects.
