摘要
结合两型社会建设,从宏观层面对长株潭城市群城镇土地利用潜力进行评价。分3个项目层,选取18个指标构建土地利用潜力评价指标体系,采用加权求和的综合评判法计算长株潭城市群范围内3个地级市、4个县级市和8个县的中心建成区范围内的所有土地的相对土地利用潜力综合水平,其中权重采用客观附权法———改进的熵值法求得。结果表明:长株潭城市群中,土地利用潜力大的是长沙市区;土地利用潜力中的是宁乡县、湘潭市区、炎陵县、韶山市、株洲市区、望城县、湘潭县、株洲县;土地利用潜力小的是攸县、醴陵市、茶陵县、湘乡市。
Based on the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,the land use potential in town of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration were evaluated from the macroscopic.The paper develops an assessment system of the urban land use potentials(ASULUP) which includes 18 indicators settled in three projects layers.The relatively comprehensive level of land use potential in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration ranged 3 cities and 4 and 8 at the center of the county areas was calculated by comprehensive evaluation method of weight sum which adopt the objective weight attached weight method-improved entropy method to get the weight.The results showed that: in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,the maximum land use potential is Changsha urban area;the medium land use potential is Ningxiang county,Xiangtan urban area,Yanling County,Shaoshan City,Zhuzhou urban area,Wangcheng County,Xiangtan County,Zhuzhou County;the small land use potential is You County,Liling City,Chaling County,Xiangxiang City.
