阐述农村信息服务业的内涵及战略意义,总结国外农村信息服务业发展的成功经验,分析制约河北省农村信息服务业发展的因素,最后提出河北农村信息服务业发展对策。

This paper elaborated the connotation of rural information service industry and its strategic significance,summarized the successful experience of foreign rural information service industry,analyzed the constraints of rural information services industry in Hebei Province,and finally proposed the development countermeasure.
