The article discussed the meaning of information technology in rural areas,analyzed the mobile library development status under 3G background,and then explored the advantages and strategies of the services in construction of rural information,such as to be the intermediary of sending knowledge to the countryside,to be the counselor of sending the information to the countryside,and to be the guider of building the bridge for farmers to get rich.
