摘要
介绍了洛阳维达石化工程有限公司开发的冷再生剂循环催化裂化(CRC-FCC)工艺在广西东油沥青有限公司50万t/a重油催化裂化装置上的应用情况。结果表明,应用是成功的;与改造前相比,在原料油性质和掺渣比均相近的情况下,改造后干气产率、液态烃收率、油浆收率和生焦率分别下降1.31,1.04,0.72,0.94个百分点,能量单耗[m(标准油)/m(原料油)]下降16.8 kg/t,汽、柴油收率分别提高2.01,1.63个百分点。
The application of cooling regenerant circulation - catalytic cracking process ( CRC - FCC) developed by Luoyang Weida Petrochemical Engineering Co Ltd in the 500 kt/a FCC unit of Guangxi Eastern Oil Asphalt Co Ltd was introduced. The results showed that the application was successful. After revamping, under the condition of similar raw material performance and residual oil blending ratio, the yields of dry gas, liquid hydrocarbon, slurry and coke decreased by 1.31,1.04,0.72 and 0.94 percent points, respectively, energy unit consumption [m (standard oil)/m (raw oil)] decreased by 16.8 kg/t, and yields of gasoline and diesel oil in- creased by 2.01 and 1.63 percent points compared to those before revamping.
