摘要
后车门瞬间开启时,车门抖动衰减时间较长,严重影响消费者对车品质的主观评价。通过对后车门的模态分析和瞬态响应分析,认为提高后车门的模态能够解决车门抖动问题,并据此优化了后车门的螺母垫板结构。最后,通过试验验证,消除了后车门开启时的抖动问题。
Vibration of rear-door will last for a long time when rear-door is opened instantaneously. This vibration will severely influence the consumers' subjective assessment for the vehicle quality. With mode analysis and transient resonance analysis for the rear-door,there is an idea that improving the mode of rear-door can solve its vibration,and then based on this idea,the bracket structure of the nut is optimized. Finally, vibration of rear-door is not occurred any more by test.
