摘要
设计一种基于高性能微热管传热技术的平行翅片换热结构来革新一般对流式电暖器的散热结构,并制作出样品进行实验研究。实验装置采用直径为6mm、外壁为铜和工质为水的新型沟槽式微热管。设计过程中,利用热分析软件Icepak对设计结构的效果进行模拟,并与实验数据进行比较分析,给出结果。
A parallel fin heat exchanger, which is based on the heat transfer technique of heat pipe, was designed and experimentally studied to innovate common heat exchanger structures. Use copper micro heat pipe with micro grooves and a 6mm diameter in the experiment, in the process of design, also use thermal analysis software Icepak to simulate effects on the designed structure, analyse the combined experimental data and show the result.
