摘要
"农家书屋"工程是新农村文化建设的基础性工程,是农村公共文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,是受农民欢迎的一项利国惠民的民生工程。文章分析了当前农村文化建设中的"农家书屋"问题,提出了建设发展"农家书屋"应采取的方法和措施。
The ＂rural libraries＂ project is the foundation engineering of construction of new rural culnre , and an important part in rural areas of the construction of public cultural service system. It＇ s a livelihood project which offer and help the people of the State welcomed by the farmers. This paper analyzes the ＂rural libraries＂ problem of cultural construction in rural areas, and proposes the methods and measures of construction and development of the rural libraries＂
