生态城市产业发展研究综述

Review on Industrial Development of Eco-City

中国正处于快速城市化和工业化阶段,资源和环境矛盾突出,建设生态城市是中国城市可持续发展的必由之路。产业发展是生态城市建设的核心与关键。本文系统梳理了国内外生态城市产业发展研究现状和实践情况,研究表明:中国生态城市建设发展迅速,但普遍忽视了产业发展问题;国外生态城市产业发展模式并不完全适合中国;生态城市产业发展理论研究已严重滞后于实践,急需针对中国现有城市和新城开发的产业选择与发展问题进行深入研究,以分类指导中国生态城市建设实践。

With the rapid industrialization and urbanization, China is facing the challenge of the binding of resource and environment. Therefore, it is the important way of building eco-city for urban sustainable development in China. The industrial development is the core of building eco-city. So we analyzed the research advances and the current practical situation about industrial development of eco-city at home and abroad. It shows that China＇s eco-city developed rapidly, but the industrial development was neglected, and China＇s eco-city can＇t take the same model of developed courtries. Research on eco-city＇s theory has lagged behind its practice in China. So it is necessary to research deeply into industry selection and cultivation of eco-city.
