摘要
介绍了铁型覆砂铸造工艺在灰铸铁发动机缸体上的应用。采用底注式浇注系统、卧浇、一箱两件的工艺方案,设计了缸体铁型覆砂模具。经生产实践,该工艺大大节约了铸造过程中的耗砂量,提高了冷却速度,保证了铸件尺寸精度和质量。
The iron mould coated sand casting process on the application of gray iron casting of engine cylinder was Introduced.The process of bottom gating system,horizontal casting and two pieces per mould was applied,the engine cylinder die was designed.The production practice shows that the casting process saves the amount of sand and improves the cooling rate,insures the dimensional accuracy and quality of castings.
