摘要
通过主应力法推导出反挤压空心坯料的所需载荷公式,采用Deform-3D软件对两种不同实验方案进行了模拟。结果表明,反挤压空心坯料能有效降低载荷和单位变形力。通过试制铝合金轮辋证实了这一理论。
The load formulas of anti-extrusion of hollow billet were deduced by principal stress method.Two different schemes were also simulated by Deform-3D software.The results show that anti-extrusion of hollow billets can effectively reduce the load and unit deformation force.The trial of aluminum alloy wheels confirms this theory.
