摘要
针对发动机壳体零件的特点,分析了其热挤压成形工艺,并利用数值模拟软件,确定了发动机壳体的挤压成形方式,同时分析了初始变形温度,变形速度对最大成形载荷的影响;通过多次模拟得到了发动机壳体热挤压成形的最优工艺参数,并分析了在最优工艺参数下,发动机壳体挤压成形时金属的流动规律和压力-行程曲线,从而保证了挤压件的质量,为实际生产提供了理论基础。
According to the structure characteristics of engine shell,its hot extrusion process was analyzed.Based on the simulation software,the extrusion forming manner of the engine shell was determined,the influence of initial deformation temperature and deformation velocity on forming load was analyzed.Through many times simulation,the optimal process parameters were obtained in the hot extrusion forming of the engine shell.Under the optimal process parameters,the flow law of metal forming and the curve of pressure-stroke were analyzed,so the quality of the extrusion parts was assured,which provided a theoretical basis for actual production.
