摘要
研究了激光功率对20Cr钢焊接接头热影响区宽度和显微组织的影响。结果表明,随着功率增大,热影响区宽度增大,其出现的淬火组织明显减少,焊缝晶粒变得粗大;焊接接头显微硬度分布不均匀,出现较高的硬度和较陡的硬度梯度。
Effects of laser power on weld macro-appearance and microstructure of HAZ for 20Cr steel were studied.The results show that with increasing the laser power,the width of HAZ increases;the hardened structure obviously decreases;the weld grain becomes coarse;the hardness distribution of the weld is non-uniform,showing high micro-hardness and steep micro-hardness gradient.
