摘要
采用TIG焊接方法,在相同的焊接参数情况下,对不同厚度的圆形20Cr低合金钢试样表面实施无填充材料的焊接,焊后分析了厚度变化对焊接接头尺寸、热影响区宽度以及焊缝区组织的影响。结果表明,随着板厚的增加,焊缝的深度和宽度都逐渐减小,但焊缝成形系数增加;热影响区的宽度逐渐减小;焊缝区的晶粒更加细化。
20Cr low-alloy samples with different thickness were welded in TIG welding without filling material under identical welding parameters.Welded joints sizes,heat-affected zone width and microstructure of welded zone were discussed after welding.The results show that depth and width of weld decrease with increasing thickness while aspect ratio of weld enhances.The width of heat-affected declines gradually and grain size becomes more thinning.
