摘要
通过对化学成分、力学性能及金相组织等的分析,对安装过程中包墙过热器管排断裂进行探讨。结果表明,引起断裂的原因主要是结构应力、微小裂纹源的存在和较低的环境温度。为此提出相应的措施。
By analyzing chemical composition,mechanical performance and metallographic structure,the main reasons of superheater tube fracture were discussed.The results show that contrction stress,micro-crack and low temperature are the main reasons for the superheater tube fracture.
