摘要
利用数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D分析了模具结构对金属的流动方向、流动速度、等效应力及对模具载荷的影响,利用分流法提出了一套新型的模具结构,即阶梯式分流上模和带有筋部凹槽的下模,极大地改善了齿轮坯筋部的填充情况。通过生产实践,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。
Based on the simulation software DEFORM-3D,the influence of die structure on metal flow direction,speed,effective strain and die load was analyzed,a kind of new die structure named the stepped dividing top die and lower die with ribs groove was put forward,which could greatly improve ribs filling situation of gear blank.Through actual practice,the reliability of the numerical simulation was verified.
