乳腺癌中MTDH的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 乳腺癌是妇女最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其侵袭转移是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因[1]。近来,美国新泽西癌症研究所和普林斯顿大学的研究人员发现身患严重乳腺癌的患者体内,8号人类染色体的一小部分被重复了多次,肿瘤内一种名为Metadherin(MTDH)基因发生变异,表现异常活跃[2]。本研究探讨MTDH在乳腺癌发病中的作用。
