摘要 器官移植作为20世纪最伟大的技术革命之一，免疫抑制剂的问世和发展起到了巨大的推动作用，尽管距离免疫抑制的最终目标即免疫耐受仍然相距甚远，但我们目前确实已经进入后免疫抑制时代。
