系统性红斑狼疮合并胸腹主动脉瘤破裂一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，女，57岁，因发作性腰骶部疼痛并有下肢活动障碍1周于2008年7月18日入院。该患者1990年起出现多关节肿痛和皮疹，并有慢性的右侧小腿溃疡，溃疡深达骨膜．经久不愈．当时诊断不明。
