Studies and assessment of peripheral blood biomarkers in patients with Parkinson's disease
摘要
PD是一种年龄相关性神经元退行性变.典型病变表现为黑质多巴胺能神经元和蓝斑去甲肾上腺素能神经元变性.路易小体(Lewybody,LB)形成为其特征性病理改变。PD起病隐匿,早期无明显临床症状,晚期可表现为运动系统障碍。
