铰链活动夹板治疗早中期单间室狭窄膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study Report to Single Compartment Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Hinged Splint Therapy

目的:本课题研究使用自制的外固定支具-铰链活动夹板治疗单间室膝骨关节炎(OA)早中期患者的疗效。方法:本课题对铰链活动夹板与传统中药外治两种治疗方法进行随机对比观察:1.病人自评疼痛改善度;2.KSS膝关节功能评分;3.膝关节单间室狭窄角度矫形度。结果:治疗组(铰链活动夹板)治疗临床疗效评定:优15膝,良10膝,可3膝,差2膝。总有效率为93.3%;优于对照组(传统中药外治法)。结论:本课题观察结果证明,铰链活动夹板治疗单间室膝骨关节炎(OA)早中期患者关节畸形角度矫正明显,疼痛改善满意,影象指标满意。

Objective：To observe the early and middle＇s therapeutic efficacy of single compartment knee osteoarthritis（0A） treated by hinged splint treatment as external fixation brace.Methods：All the patients were treated with hinged splint or the traditional Chinese medicine external applyment.Improvement of pain,KSS score and orthopedic degree of single compartment narrow angle of knee were analyzed.Results：15 knees were excellent,10 knees were better,3 knees were good and 2 knees were poor in the treatment group（active hinge splint）,compared with the control group and the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group.Conclusion：This method has obvious correction of joint deformity,relief of pain was satisfactory,and index images were also satisfactory for the hinge splint treatment to single compartment knee osteoarthritis（0A）.
