活血化瘀膏对膝骨性关节病疗效的生存质量评价研究

Study on Survival Quality of Life in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients treated with Ointment of Activating Blood and Resolving Stasis

目的:观察中药活血化瘀膏外敷治疗肾虚血瘀证型膝骨性关节病(OA)的有效性及其对生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法:应用生存质量WHOQOL-BREF量表对符合纳入标准的研究对象治疗组30例(外敷活血化瘀膏治疗)和对照组30例(外用扶他林乳胶剂治疗)治疗后临床疗效进行评价,同时应用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行辅助评价。结果:1.治疗组、对照组治疗后Lysholm膝关节功能评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);2.治疗后治疗组与对照组疗效比较,P<0.05,治疗组评分明显高于对照组;3.应用生存质量WHOQOL-BREF量表评分,治疗组自身生存质量总的主观感觉、自身健康状况总的主观感觉、生理领域、心理领域得分高与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀膏外敷治疗膝OA在临床症状、体征和生存质量评估方面均明显改善,明显地提高了患者生存质量。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of ointment of activating blood and resolving stasis for knee osteoarthritis（KOA） with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and the influence on quality of life.Methods： Thirty patients with KOA in treatment group were treated with ointment of activating blood and resolving stasis,while another 30 KOA patients were treated with Votalin Emulgel.The therapeutic effect and knee function were evaluated.Results：There was significant improvement in knee function scores in both groups after respective treatments compared with before treatment（P0.05）.2.The knee function scores in treatment group were significant higher than those in control group（P0.05）.3.WHOQOL-BREF rating scale showed that there were higher scores in treatment group than in control group in subjective feelings about quality of life and personal health,and in the fields of physiology and psychology（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ointment of activating blood and resolving stasis can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms and signs as well as the evaluation in quality of life.
