锁定加压钢板治疗A2型老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:回顾性总结分析锁定加压钢板治疗31-A2型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年2月-2010年10月,采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗31-A2型股骨粗隆间骨折28例。根据Harris评分标准,从疼痛、功能、下肢畸形、髋关节活动范围等方面对获得随访的患者进行评分,观察疗效。结果:28例患者均获得随访。随访9~41个月,平均26.8个月,按Harris评分标准:本组28例中,优17例,良7例,一般2例,死亡2例,优良率为92.31%。结论:对于31-A2型股骨粗隆间骨折,采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗具有操作简单,固定牢固,术后功能恢复理想及并发症少等优点,具有较大临床推广价值。 Objective:To retrospectively analyze the efficacy of locking compression plate for the treatment of the Type 31-A2 intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:From February 2007 to October 2010,the use of proximal femoral locking compression plate was used in 28 patients with Type 31-A2 intertrochanteric fractures,10 males and 18 females,who aged 64 to 92 years,76.8 years old on average.Based on Harris scoring,the pain,function,lower limb deformities,and hip range of motion were observed.Results:All patients were followed up for 9 to 41 months,averagely 26.8 months.The results were excellent in 17 patients,good in 7,and moderate in 2.Two patients died.The fine rate was 92.31%.Conclusion:For the Type 31-A2 intertrochanteric fractures,proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation is simple,with advantages of firm fixation,ideal postoperative recovery and fewer complications.
