摘要
研究了镍基高温合金GH3044在室温和600℃的低周疲劳行为,对循环应力-应变和应变寿命数据进行了分析,给出了GH3044合金在此温度下的疲劳参数。合金的循环应力响应行为在室温下呈现循环硬化而后软化的特征,而在600℃时呈现循环硬化的特征,原因在于循环变形过程中位错之间以及位错与析出相之间的相互作用。Coffin-Manson模型预测精度在±2倍分散带以内。
Low cycle fatigue (LCF) behaviors of nickel-base superalloy GH3044 at different temperatures were investigated with the equipment of Shimaduz-lO by the method of axial strain control. The fatigue parameters were given by analyzing its cyclic stress-strains curves and strain-life curves. Cyclic stress response curves show that the alloy exhibited cyclic initial hardening followed by softening and hardening behaviors at room temperature (RT) and 600 ~C respectively, which could be explained by dislocation-dislocation interaction as well as dislocation-precipitates interaction during cyclic deformation. The life prediction precision of Coffin-Manson model is within scatter band of ±2.
