摘要
铝合金微弧氧化技术是提高其表面性能的一项重要技术,微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性直接影响其适用范围。较系统地总结了铝合金微弧氧化中影响膜层耐蚀性的因素,包括电解液和电参数2大部分。电解液主要由主盐、添加剂及NaOH等组分组成;电参数主要是电流、电压、占空比及频率等因素。提出了几种提高微弧氧化膜层耐蚀性的后处理方法,探讨了各因素对膜层耐蚀性影响的作用机理。
Microarc oxidation (MAO) technology is an important technology to improve the surface performance of aluminum alloy. MAO corrosion resistance directly affects its application scope. This paper systematically summarized the factors affecting corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy MAO coating, including electrolyte and electric parameters. The electrolyte is mainly composed of main salt, additive, NaOH and other components; electrical parameters are electric current, voltage, duty ratio, frequency and other factors. At the same time, some post-processing techniques were put forward to improve the corrosion resistant performance of the film and the influencing mechanism of the factors on the corrosion resistance of the film was discussed.
