摘要
目的探讨不同求美者心理状态对手术满意度及医疗投诉的影响。方法采用3层十二维度求美心理评定量表于手术前后对临床405例求美者进行心理测评,对比分析手术满意度及投诉次数的关系。结果整形美容手术可以改善求美者的心理状态(P〈0.05)。不同求美者的心理状态,对手术满意度的评价不同(P〈0.01),引起医疗纠纷的可能性也不同(P〈0.01)。结论整形美容外科医师应当更加关注求美者的心理状态,恰当的心理辅导可以提高求美者对疗效的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To investigate the effect of mental state on the operation degree of satisfaction and the complaints of medical treatments. Methods The three-layer and twelve-dimension rating scale of beauty psychology was adopted for evaluating psychology of 405 cases before and after surgery, performing contrastive analysis of the relationship between surgical satisfaction and the number of complaints. Results The results of plastic surgery can improve the psychological state (P 〈 0.05 ) , different mental state could bring the different evaluation of surgical satisfactiml (P〈 0.01 ), so as to cause the different possibility of medical complaints (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Plastic surgeon should he more concerned about the psychological state, for appropriate psychological counseling can improve the efficacy of satisfaction and reduce medical comt^laints.
