结构式心理护理在乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用

Application of structurally psychological nursing on the treatment of patients with breast cancer

目的探讨结构式心理护理对乳腺癌患者心理调控的方法和疗效。方法自2008年10月至2010年11月，对36例乳腺癌患者实施结构式心理护理，并对焦虑、抑郁心理改善情况进行评估。结果本组36例患者的心理状态经治疗得到了有效改善，有利于手术的进行和疾病的恢复，取得了满意效果。结论对乳腺癌患者在常规护理的基础上，给予结构式心理护理，可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁心理，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical methods and effects of structurally psychological nursing on the patients with breast cancer. Methods From October 2008 to November 2011, 36 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were performed structurally psychological nursing, and the improvement of psychological states, like anxiety and depression was assessed by the comparison between preoperation and postoperation. Re- sults Totally 36 cases received satisfactory results with improved psychological states, which were benefit to the operation process and postoperative recovery. Conclusion h is an optimal approach of structurally psychological nursing for patients with breast cancer in addition to basic nursing, which could availably improve the patients＇ psychological states, like anxiety and depression. It is worth spreading in clinic.
