目的研究分析老年性肺炎患者抗菌药物的使用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供相关参考依据。方法抽取2010年1月至2011年1月96例老年肺炎患者病例处方,统计分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果老年性肺炎患者多给予青霉素类、头孢菌素类和氨基糖苷类抗菌药物进行治疗。抗菌药物的选择符合肺炎治疗指南标准,并根据患者实际生理状况做了相应给药方案调整。结论抗菌药物应用符合肺炎治疗指南标准,根据患者实际生理情况所调整的给药方案部分合理。

Objective Research and analysis of senile patients with pneumonia the use of antimicrobial drugs in order to provide for the clinical use of drugs reference.Method Collected from January 2010 to January 2011 96 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia cases,prescription,statistical analysis of antimicrobial drug use.Results Senile patients with pneumonia to give more penicillins,cephalosporins and aminoglycoside antibiotics for treatment.The choice of antimicrobial drugs in line with standard pneumonia treatment guidelines,and according to the actual physical condition of patients do adjust the dosage regimen accordingly.Conclusion Antimicrobial agents in line with standard pneumonia treatment guidelines,according to the actual physical situation of the patient＇s dosage regimen some reasonable adjustment.
