实质型脑囊虫病的MRI弥散加权成像研究

Research of the MR-diffusion-weighted Imaging in Detecting Cerebral Parenchyma Type Cysticercosis

目的探讨实质型脑囊虫病的MRI弥散加权成像特点,以减少误诊。方法回顾性分析2008年8月至2011年8月在大理市第一人民医院确证138例实质型脑囊虫病的弥散加权成像特点。结果实质型脑囊虫100%弥散加权成像有异常表现。但确诊需行囊虫抗体检测。结论 MRI弥散加权成像有助于确证脑囊虫病。

Objective To explore the MR-diffusion-weighted imaging characteristic of in detecting cerebral parenchyma type cysticercosis so as to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods Analysis the the clinic and MRI characteristic of 69 cases in detecting cerebral parenchyma type cysticercosis,which diagnosis in Dali 1st people’s Hospital from 2008 to 2009.ResultsI In detecting cerebral parenchyma type cysticercosis 100% MR-diffusion-weighted imaging have abend acquit.The antibody examination can get the final diagnosis.Conclusion The MR-diffusion-weighted imaging is good to get the final diagnosis.
