摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定茴拉西坦咀嚼片的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Heshin DK-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35);检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果检测限为10-11g,0.027～0.428mg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.87%,n=9)。结论经方法学试验,该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、可靠,适用于本品含量的测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content in Aniracetam chewable tablets.Methods An HPLC method was developed using a Heshin DK-C18column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,CH3OH-H2O（65∶35）as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The detection limit was estimated to be 10-11g.The quality concentration of 0.027-0.428mg/mL show the good linear relationship（r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 99.5%（RSD=0.87%,n=9）.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,reliable and applicable to the determination of content in Aniracetam chewable tablets.
