老年冠心病患者的血清尿酸浓度及高尿酸血症患病率分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析老年冠心病患者的血清尿酸浓度及高尿酸血症患病率。方法连续选择近期在我科住院的老年冠心病患者59例,另有41例同期来诊的成年冠心病患者和46例参加体检结论健康的老年人为对照组,3组对象接受了血清尿酸水平测定。结果老年冠心病的血尿酸浓度、高尿酸血症例数及高尿酸血症患病率均明显高于成年冠心病组和对照组(P均<0.01~0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者的血尿酸浓度及高尿酸血症患病率明显增加。
