摘要
作为航空发动机分布式控制系统的主要组成部分,提出了一种基于CAN总线和数字信号处理器(DSP)的智能位置控制器的设计方案,并给出了具体的硬件电路和软件算法。DSP实现智能执行机构的闭环控制和自诊断,CAN总线完成发动机中央处理器与DSP的数据交换。实验结果表明:提出的智能位置控制器取得了良好的控制效果,且对提高系统的测量精度和航空发动机的分布式控制研究具有重要意义。
As the main components of aero-engine distributed control system (ADCS), a design scheme of intelligent position actuator based on CAN bus and DSP is proposed. The detail hardware circuit and software algorithm are given. DSP realizes closed loop control and self-diagnosis of intelligent actuator. CAN bus carries out the data exchange of DSP and aero-engine CPU. Experimental result demonstrates that the proposed intelligent position actuator has good performance. As a result, it is very important in actuator control precision and the research of aero-engine distributed control.
