近年来,我国大学生的总体就业形势趋于严峻,尤其是贫困大学生的就业状况不容乐观。文章从博弈论视角,探讨我国贫困大学生就业存在的主要问题,分析当前我国贫困大学生就业的影响因素,提出解决贫困大学生就业问题的对策和建议。

In recent years, the overall employment situation of university graduates is becoming increasingly grim, especially the poor college students, which is the main concern in this paper. The main problems about employment for China＇ s poor graduates are analyzed with solutions proposed.
