偏远农村学生上学难问题及对策思考——以学校布局调整为背景

农村学校布局调整政策旨在促进教育的均衡发展和教育公平。而在政策实施过程中,大量教学点被撤并,导致偏远农村学生面临上学远、教育成本增加、辍学等问题,违背了政策的初衷。因此,在未来学校布局调整工作的实施中,应进一步规范县级政府执行政策的程序,同时,增加资金投入,为学生提供免费校车服务并加大对贫困学生的补助力度。

The school consolidation policy is aimed at promotion of the equality and balanced education.However,the withdrawl of small-sized schools causes inaccess to schools,increased schooling expenditure and drops-out in the remote rural areas.This paper argues for strategies to regulate the county-level governmental implementations,supply with free school buses and financial support of the poor students.
