摘要
《中国—东盟争端解决机制协议》为中国与东盟之间的争端提供了一个很好的解决途径,为中国—东盟自由贸易区的发展提供了法律保障。本文从阐述中国—东盟争端机制的特征入手,分析了该争端解决机制的不足,提出了相关建议,并结合中国的国情提出相应的对策措施。
China-ASEN Free Trade Area Agreement on Dispute Settlement Mechanisms provides a good solution for disputes between China and ASEAN and legal protection for China-ASEAN free trade area development.With start of analyzing the characteristic of settlement dispute, this article expounds the defect of the dispute settlement mechanism and make relevant recommendations,then put forward some countermeasures combining with China＇ s own conditions.
