摘要 介绍了红磷公司270 kt/a硫磺制酸装置尾吸系统的设计和运行情况。尾吸系统设计采用氨肥法脱硫工艺,新建尾吸塔采用2级吸收工艺,利用合成氨装置废氨水作为吸收剂,氧化和浓缩利用800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置尾吸系统现成的氧化和浓缩工序。改造后尾吸系统运行良好,尾气(SO_2)基本能控制在100~300 mg/m^3,氨逸出量在20~50 mg/m^3。尾吸塔吸收率在85%左右,尾吸塔内工艺水补充量约2 m^3/h,尾吸系统压降约0.5 kPa。 The design and operation of tail gas absorption system in Honglin s 270 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are described.The tail gas absorption system was designed to use ammonia-fertilizer desulphurization process.Tail gas was absorbed by waste aqueous ammonia from ammonia plant in a new tower with two beds,and oxidation and concentration were carried out in the tail gas absorption system of 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant.After revamping,tail gas absorption system was running well.SO_2 concentration of stack gas was controlled at 100- 300 mg/m^3,with ammonia escaping of 20-50 mg/m^3,SO_2 absorption efficiency of about 85%,process water added into absorption tower of about 2 m^3 /h,and pressure drop across tail gas absorption system of about 0.5 kPa.
