摘要
介绍了阳极保护酸冷却器漏酸监测报警装置的工作原理、试验研究和工业应用情况。在实验室进行了漏酸监测电极和漏酸监测报警装置的研制工作,并对该装置进行了现场工业试验。探讨了电极电位怀循环水pH值、温度、流速及水质(成分)等因素的关系。工业应用表明,该漏酸监测报警装置操作简单、经济适用、反应灵敏、稳定性好,为硫酸厂及时发现酸冷却器泄漏并采取应对措施创造了条件。
Development theory,experimental study and industrial applications of acid leakage monitoring and warning devices in anodically protected acid coolers are described.The choice of acid leakage monitoring electrodes and study of acid leakage monitoring and warning devices were carried out in the laboratory,and on-site industrial test were carried out.The relationship between electrode potential and circulating water pH,temperature, flow rate and water quality(composition) was discussed.Industrial applications show that the acid leakage monitoring and warning devices is simple,affordable,responsive and stable and creates conditions for sulphuric acid plant to timely detect cooler leakage and take response measures.
