摘要
介绍了干吸生产过程中串酸关键测控仪表选择和酸浓度的模糊控制技术。w(H_2SO_4)93%和98%硫酸浓度检测分别采用在线折光浓度仪及电导率分析仪,硫酸液位检测采用雷达液位计,串酸调节阀采用衬氟塑料调节阀。串酸酸浓控制时采用模糊控制器和PID控制器相结合的方法,实现了干吸生产自动串酸控制。该自动串酸控制系统投产以来运行稳定,满足原料矿硫含量变化、烟气工况波动条件下的自动串酸要求。
The selection of measurement and control instrumentation for acid crossflow in drying and absorption section and fuzzy control technology of acid concentration are described.The online refractive index cont-entration meter and conductivity analyzer were used to measure concentration,of 93%and 98%sulphuric acid,respectively. Radar level gauge was used to monitor acid level and fluorine plastic valve was selected as control valve. Fuzzy controller and PID controller were combined to achieve automatic acid crossflow control in drying and absorption production.The control system is stable and can meet requirements of automatic acid crossflow where fluctuation in sulphur content of raw materials and off-gas conditions are found.
