The Adjustment of Chinese Sports Developmental Strategy Under Lewis Turning Point

愈演愈烈的"民工荒"和"涨薪潮"的背后其实隐含着深刻的人口问题,即我国无限供给的劳动力优势正在成为历史,支撑我国经济迅速崛起的人口红利也逐渐式微,人口结构的变化预示着我国正在进入发展经济学定义中的"刘易斯转折点"。这种背景下,提高人口素质、转变经济发展方式便成为我国成功走出"刘易斯转折点"的关键。在人口素质中,健康素质无疑是最根本的,而体育恰恰在促进人体健康方面有着独特的作用。正是基于此,本文认为建立完善的国民健康促进体系是应对人口结构转变的重要举措,而体育事业是这一体系的重要组成部分。面临"刘易斯转折点"的到来,中国体育也应调整自己的发展战略,转变竞技体育后备人才的选拔与培养方式,加大群众体育的投资力度,提升学校体育的教学地位,完善体育产业的发展平台,走全面、协调、可持续性发展的道路。

As our country＇s infinite labor force superiority is becoming the history and demographic dividend which rising our economy rapidly also to decline, the demographic structure＇s change also indicates that our country is entering Lewis turning point. Under this background, improving demographic quality, transforming economic development way becomes the key for our country to go out Lewis turning point successfully. Moreover healthy quality is the most basic de- mographic quality which sports can promote it well. Based on this, establishing the perfect na- tional fitness promotion system is very important strategy to conquer demographic structure＇s change, and we also think sports are significant component. To get well with the coming demo- graphic structure＇s change, Chinese sports need adjust its developmental strategy to be in an all-- round, coordinate and continuous way by transforming athletics sports reserve talented person＇s selecting and raising way, increasing investment in amateur sports, promoting physical educa- tion＇s status and building sports industry development platform.
