活塞压缩机气缸盖爆裂失效分析

Failure Analysis of Cylinder Head Burst in Piston Compressor

对往复活塞高压压缩机3级气缸盖进行理论分析、有限元分析及试验模拟。分析表明,由于受连接螺栓预紧力作用,该结构气缸盖存在一个应力集中区域,不合理装配时可能导致气缸盖产生裂纹。建议采用修订装配工艺、改变材料等措施,减少装备疲劳事故发生。

The theoretical analysis, finite element analysis and test simulation are carried out on three stage cylinder head of reciprocating piston high - pressure compressor. The analysis shows that this structural cylinder head has a stress concentration area due to the connecting bolt pre - tightening force and it may cause fracture in cylinder head when unreasonable assembly. Some measures are recommended, such as adopt amendment assembly process, change material and so on,to reduce equipment fatigue accident.
