农民工子女小学生健康相关行为调查

Status of Health-related Behaviors Among Schools of Migrant Workers'Children

目的了解成都市农民工子女小学生健康相关行为情况,为针对性开展相应的健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的"民工子弟小学生的健康相关行为知识问卷",对成都市1所民工子弟校133名5～6年级学生的健康知识和健康行为习惯进行问卷调查。结果民工子弟小学生的生活常识掌握较好,意外伤害常识的掌握情况较差。饮食上牛奶、肉类、水果的摄入较少;用眼行为方面有60.15%的小学生看书写字姿势不正确,15.79%每天看电视玩电脑超过2 h。小学生最突出的心理问题从高到低依次为"遇到考试心情紧张"(54.14%),"父母晚回家焦躁不安"(48.12%)、"受到委屈独自生闷气"(45.86%)。结论民工子弟仍然存在一些饮食、用眼方面、心理和意外伤害的处理方面的问题。应加强学生的健康教育,对学生灌输饮食、用眼保健、日常习惯和意外伤害处理方面的知识。

Objective To understand the status of the health-related behaviors among migrant workers＇ children in Chengdu,provide evidence for carrying out appropriate health education.Methods The survey on health-related knowledge and health behaviors was conducted among 133 children in grade 5-6 in one school for migrant children by self-designed questionnaires.Results The students in schools for migrant children had better life common sense,but had poor knowledge on accidental injury.The students did not intake enough milk,meat and fruit.60.15% of the students had bad reading and writing posture,and 15.79% of the students spent more than two hours on watching TV and playing computer.The prominent psychological problems of students were（as descending order） feeling nervous when examination coming（54.14%）,feeling impatient and worried when parents coming back late（48.12%）,suppressing their anger when getting mistreated（45.86%）.Conclusion Students in schools for migrant children had some problems on diet,eye health,psychological health and how to deal with accidental injury.Schools strengthen the health education of students.
