2010年通江县手足口病流行特征及报告质量

Epidemiological Characteristics and Report Quality of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease of Tongjiang County in 2010

目的了解通江县2010年手足口病流行特征和报告质量,给预防控制工作提供可靠依据。方法采用描述流行病学分析手足口病流行特征,采用不及时率、不完整率和不准确率分析报告质量。结果通江县2010年共报告手足口病253例,死亡2例,发病率、死亡率和病死率分别为37.39/10万、0.30/10万、0.79%。报告发病率居当年报告法定传染病病种第3位。各月均有发病,以春末、夏季为高峰(71.94%),以人口密集度大、流动人口较多的乡(镇)尤其是诺江镇(41.90%)为高发地区,男性发病多于女性(63.64%),发病年龄以1～2岁居多(54.54%),职业上以散居儿童发病居多(67.59%)。肠道病毒CoxA16是病例感染的主要病原体。从手足口病卡报告质量看,不及时率、不完整率、不准确率分别为0.00%、64.08%和64.49%。影响完整性和准确性的主要因素是患者现住详细地址填写不完整,其次是托幼儿童、学生患者工作单位空缺。结论 2010年通江县手足口病疫情报告质量总的较差,应当进一步采取有效措施加强手足口病防控和报告管理工作。

Objective To investigate epidemiological characteristics and report quality of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Tongjiang County,provide reliable evidence for the prevention and control of HFMD.Methods Epidemiological characteristics of HFMD was analyzed with descriptive epidemiology,and report quality was analyzed with delay rate,incomplete rate and inaccuracy rate.Results A total of 253 HFMD cases,including 2 deaths,were reported in 2010.Incidence rate,mortality rate and fatality rate were 37.39/105,0.30/105 and 0.79% respectively.The reported incidence rate ranked third among the notifiable communicable diseases.The cases occurred every month and peaked in spring and summer,（71.94%）,the towns with large population density and flowing population were high attacked districts,especially Nuojiang town（41.90%）.Among the cases,males（63.64%） were more than females,and focused in the age group of 1-2 years（54.54%）,with the high incidence of scattered children（67.59%）.Enterovirus coxa16 was the main pathogen of the cases infected.Based on the quality of HFMD report cards,the rate of delay,incompletion and inaccuracy were 0.00%,64.08% and 64.49% respectively.The major influencing factor of the integrality and accuracy was lacking of the detailed address of the cases,followed by the job vacancy of children and students cases.Conclusion The overall report quality of HFMD in Tongjiang County was poor,further effective measures should be taken to strengthen both the work of prevention and control work and the report administration of HFMD.
