An Outbreak of Tuberculosis

目的探讨某扶残助残基地藏区孤儿班结核病暴发的因素,控制结核的进一步蔓延。方法对该班所有儿童及密切接触者进行流行病学调查、X线检查、结核菌素试验、X线检查异常者进行痰结核菌检查,查找结核菌。结果 29名儿童及其密切接触者中,共确诊活动性结核4例。PPD检测阳性共18人,结核感染率62.07%。结论传染性肺结核未及时治疗和隔离,身体对结核菌缺乏免疫力是本次暴发的主要原因。应加强防痨知识宣传,提高其防病治病意识。

Objective To discuss the epidemiological factors of tuberculosis（TB） outbreak in a disabled base,and provide evidence for control its further spread.Methods Case investigation,Chest X ray examination and PPD test were performed in all children in this class and their contacts.Sputum smear test was conducted among the students with abnormal results of X ray examination.Results Four TB cases were detected among the students and their contacts（29 people in total）.Eighteen people were PPD positive,the TB infection rate was 62.07%.Conduction Lacking of timely treatment and isolation of infective TB cases and imperfect immunity were the main causes of this TB outbreak.TB preventive education should be strengthened to enhance the consciousness TB prevention and treatment.
