摘要 为解决CYJS10-5-37HB型双驴头抽油机支架承载问题,利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立支架有限元模型,获得循环载荷作用下支架最大应力及其位置;以支架体积最小为优化目标函数,以节点应力和位移为约束条件,对双驴头抽油机支架结构进行优化.结果表明:在保证支架有效承载能力的前提下,使支架总体积减小0.012 9m3,整体最大节点应力减小0.8MPa,该优化方法能够克服传统试算优化方法的不足,提高优化效率,为油田抽油机支架再设计提供依据. To solve the problem of CYJS10-5-37HB double horse head pumping unit framework’s load capacity, the finite element model of the framework is built and the static calculation is completed firstly by ANSYS software. The maximum of stress and optimized parts of the framework in double horse head pumping unit are achieved. During the optimization, the minimum of the framework volume acts as the objective function, the stress and displacements of the nodes are the constraint conditions. The results show that the total volume of the framework decreases by 0.012 9 m3, and the maximum of the whole stress decreases by 0.8 MPa under the premise of good load capacity. It makes a progress in traditional method of the framework design and improves the optimization course scientifically and effectively, which gives the theory evidence to the redesign of pumping unit framework.
