摘要
固体燃料电池反应釜是电池性能测试过程中的加热设备。工艺要求反应釜内温度按预先设定的升温曲线变化并实现自动控制。用一阶惯性加纯滞后模型近似描述被控温度对象,采用极点配置控制算法,设计并实施了反应釜温度的程序升温/恒温计算机控制,取得了令人满意的结果。
Solid Fuel Cell (SFC) stove performs as a heating device in the test for SFC electricity performance. The experimental process requires that the internal temperature of stove should track the preset temperature curve automatically. In this paper, a first-order inertia plus time delay model was used to describe approximately the temperature process, and a programmed temperature computer control system for SFC stove was established by using pole -assignment method. The actual application shows that the control effect is well.
