构建旅游社区PPC利益均衡机制的研究——以历史街区旅游开发为例

On Balance Development Mechanism between PPC in Tourist community——Taking the Historic Quarters Revitalization Motivated by Tourism as an Example

文章在界定旅游社区利益相关者并对其进行科学分类的基础上,以历史街区旅游开发为例,探讨了旅游社区核心利益相关者利益均衡问题,认为要构建PPC利益均衡机制必须明确政府、开发商和社区居区的角色定位与制度创新。

Taking the historic quarters revitalization motivated by tourism as an example,the paper discusses something about interest balance between public-private-community.Firstly,the author explicitly and scientifically gives definition and classification of tourist community's stakeholders.Secondly,the paper gives an in-depth analysis of the interest structure between the core stakeholders.Finally,the paper holds the view that roles change of public-private-community and system innovation are necessary means to construct tourist community's interest mechanism of balance.
