摘要
我国对学科馆员绩效评估的研究还处于发展阶段,主要以定性分析和规范研究为主。文章将定性分析与定量研究相结合,通过构建学科馆员绩效评估指标体系,应用BSC-AHP模型,衡量各指标的评估权重,提出了学科馆员绩效评估的量化模型。
The research on the performance evaluation of librarian is still in the initial stage,which is characterized by the qualitative and normal researches.This article combines both the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis,and advances a quantitative model by using BSC-AHP model in constructing the index system of the performance evaluation of discipline librarians and by balancing the weights of different indexes.
